The first edition of the Building & Construction Summit debate, organized by Newsweek Romania, brings together industry representatives, specialists and public policy makers in the field, to discuss for three hours, live, about the hottest topics of the moment.
The real estate market and the field of strategic construction of large infrastructure are important sectors in the economy. Therefore, the impact of the current coronavirus pandemic on the construction sector is significant.
We will discuss about the financing priorities investments through European funds in the construction sector, about the large projects investment stage in transport infrastructure and what are the measures to will be taken to avoid blockages on construction.
The residential market is also affected. Does the world continue to invest in real estate? Is there a trend already outlined for price dynamics? Will the government project called „New House” be able to give impetus to future residential construction?
We find out from the representatives of the central public administration and from consultants what we should expect. Last but not least, we will discuss about the problems raised by the private business environment, public policies for attracting new skilled workers, but also about solutions to reduce undeclared work in construction.
