Newsweek Romania is organising a new edition of #2023 Newsweek Construction Summit on 3 of April.
The high cost of credit, rising prices for building materials and investors’ expectations in the face of rising inflation, as well as the rather tense economic and social situation at local and regional level have affected real estate transactions.
What are the analysts’ estimates for the coming period, how house and apartment prices will evolve, and what are the trends in residential and office construction, we will find out from our guests during this event.
Another topic that has been on the public agenda lately and that will be discussed in the second part of the Construction Summit will be old and new buildings that need to be resilient to a potential larger earthquake. What the authorities intend to do, what the control levers are, what the regulations are for builders in terms of earthquake safety, we will find out from the authorities and representatives of building employers’ associations.
Newsweek Construction Summit 2023 will take place in a hybrid format and will be broadcast from the Newsweek Romania studio at the Pullman Hotel, New York Room, Bucharest.
The public will have access to the room, by invitation, subject to a limit of 20 seats.
To participate in the room, please register by emailing office@newsweek.ro and you will be confirmed by a message from the organizer.
The event will be streamed live on newsweek.ro (Top 10 most read News and Analysis website in SATI’s ranking, with a traffic of over 2.6 million unique readers per month) and on Newsweek Romania’s Facebook page (67,000 followers and a monthly impact of 5 million posts).
